    I am looking for work, fed up of dealing with clients as a building designer.
    I run current Revit Architecture Suite, good working knowledge with Revit & Autocad, conversant with (BCA) NCCS but not a guru, use Photoshop CS5, current subscription with Natspec & have plenty of experience in the industry. Am willing to work at reasonable terms hourly or project/job based; i.e. percentage of your cost or lump sum. Melbourne & Eastish of the city 3 days per week & full time remote for the remainder of the week if required. Contact dermot@dmbd.net

    Qualifications; Carpenter 20yrs, Builder Victorian registered, drafting & documentation 10yrs exp, Certificate 3 Drafting & Adv Diploma of Building Design & Project Admin.
    Honest, diligent work ethic. I work under the old theory that I have to help you to make money to pay me!!!
