“Sir Miles Warren is one of the greats of New Zealand architecture, producing some of our nation’s defining buildings. He established Warren & Mahoney with Maurice Mahoney in 1958, the firm growing to become one the country’s largest and most successful practices. In 1995 he was made a member of the Order of New Zealand, the nation’s highest honor, and in 2000 was awarded the NZIA Gold Medal for lifetime achievement.”
