A boutique architectural practice, specialising in Commercial, Retail, institutional and ESD projects, is seeking an enthusiastic new team member to join a friendly and relaxed office environment, with a great industry reputation.
An opportunity exists for a project architect to work on various quality projects within a dynamic team environment with skills being hands on throughout all project stages.
Roles and responsibilities include;
Liaison with clients
Feasibility reports and planning applications
Documentation and consultant coordination
Internal team management and project review
Tender assessments and contract establishment
Contract administration

We are seeking a mature, team member with at least five years industry experience. We require someone with a sense of humour, ability to work autonomously, and flexibility to assume varied responsibilities. AutoCAD proficiency is essential.
We are looking for a permanent team member with a long term outlook.
Salary is negotiable according to experience.
