Constructive Dialogue Architects is a Sydney-based firm that was established with a specific focus on aged care, supported accommodation and other community projects. Our clients include a range of not-for-profit organisations working with disadvantaged people. We work with our clients to explore the social issues that are the foundation for a project. Due to our methodology and approach we won the 2007 Client Service Award from the NSW Board of Architects.

The role:
We currently have 5 architects on staff. We are looking for additional permanent staff due to substantial growth in our work. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate both team and self-motivational skills. Tasks range from managing all work on small projects to acting as part of a team on the design and construction documentation of larger projects. The role will report to one of the directors.

In house training:
Constructive Dialogue runs an extensive training program in which all new staff are trained in both professional and technical skills with a view to supporting their skills development and registration.

Experience:
We require an architect with 2-6 years post-graduate experience.

Visa requirements:
Applicants must be permanent residents or have a valid Australian work visa.

Salary:
Negotiable and based on experience.
