    i reckon its about 50/50 PE & DL. PE's Centre For the Arts looks influential and the pastel colour scheme made me think PE when the panels started going on.
    intersting to contrast it to the opera house - the derivative source material doesn't surface as readily.

    i thought after the Berlin Museum Libeskind went through an Eisenman phase.
    systemic/systematic tiling and spiky form - Extension to the Victoria and Albert Museum project.
    i'd still probably go for a bigger percentage of PE in the mix .
    (sure the one shard is pretty pure BM rip off just to mess that thought up).

    theres a few ways to contrast it to the opera house.
    both sort of tent like structures on a "rock" landscape/landform.
    when you look at it that way maybe there is a bit of OH in Fed Sq via PD's years in sydney.
