ARM's Footscray Wharf dead in water
Maribyrnong Council, and many others, have been left stunned but the withdrawl of the developers from the Footscray wharf project, alledgedly due to government red tape and the proximity of toxic Coode Island.
Ashton Raggatt McDougall were the architects for the project.
