Dear Architect

Dalsouple is a new range of rubber tile and sheet for use in floor and wall covering applications.

Introduction
Dalsouple represents the latest in "green" designer rubber flooring technology, whereby you can create any stud pattern you desire, as well as any Pantone colour or design. It can also be made to look like marble or terrazzo.

There is no minimum quantity requirement.

The cost is much lower than ceramics, maintains a high acoustical absorption factor and comes with a 10 year guarantee as standard.

Dalsouple rubber flooring offers total design flexibility, with an unrivalled range of colours and textures plus marbled and terrazzo finishes. And because Dalsouple supplies direct from the factory our prices are highly competitive.

Version 2 interactive CD design tool will run on both Mac and PC platforms, and will permit the designer or architect to create a resilient flooring on screen in any Pantone colour.

A virtual room is included on the CD that will allow you to lay out on screen, a floor of your choice, be it studded, terrazzo or marble look. The tiles that you create on screen can be printed off or even bit mapped into an existing CAD design package to suit your projects needs.

This is break through technology and is available now.

A reference photo gallery is also included that shows Dalsouple in use in night-clubs, sports centres, entertainment centres, retail outlets, museums, offices, libraries, schools, airports, ferries, cruisers, hotels and hospitals. The list is extremely comprehensive and shows Dalsouple used on floors, walls and ceilings, as well as on counter tops and column wrap/cladding.

The Dalsouple factory has now developed processes and rubber manufacturing expertise for which the company Dalsouple is now highly respected for and acknowledged as being one of the premium rubber flooring manufacturers in the world.

The development of our ranges and the keen interest of designers all over the world has ensured the name of Dalsouple continues to be at the forefront of the floorcovering market.

The ecological properties (chlorine, asbestos and pvc free), the infinite colour choice, and the durability of our product, places Dalsouple at the leading edge of modern design.

Our concern for the environment, minimising waste and maximising recyclability, together with productive longevity, places Dalsouple in harmony with the future, with the goal of improving quality of life and our security.

The factory exerts total control over its environmental impact, this is apparent through the classification then recycling of waste materials from the production process, and of excess raw materials. In addition our suppliers conform to ISO 9001. Water is not used during the manufacturing process for rinsing or cleaning the raw materials.

It is used within a closed circuit cooling system. The atmosphere is equally closely controlled in line with the required standard for the potential emission of dust particles, which are filtered and recovered. The same care is taken in the management of packaging of recycled waste materials.

76% of production is destined for export (the whole of Europe, the USA, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Spain and the Canaries, the Middle East)

DEFINITION

The Dalsouple ranges are at the forefront of design, whether contemporary or classic, and represent the top of the market for floor and wall coverings.

The durability, the exceptional ease of maintenance, the short production times, give designers and architects access to a traditional and timeless material which has learnt how to adapt easily to their creative imaginations.

Comfort, safety ( M2 fire regulations) and decorative style make them suitable for the most elegant installations as well as the most demanding public areas with the heaviest foot fall. Dalsouple floors are equally suitable for wheeled traffic.

TECHNICAL
At the cutting edge of decorative design, innovative, and proven for their technical quality, then robustness, allows specifiers to select from a range unequalled in the world to create highly distinctive installations.

ENDURA Rubber flooring

Continuing on from Dalsouple, the other new generation rubber flooring we are adding to our range is Endura. This flooring is designed for use in large areas where maintenance costs should be minimised while performance remains at its optimum.

Produced in the United States, this flooring is unique in that it has a self impregnated wax with a slow release matrix which allows the wax to literally "bleed" out over a 10 year period. This means no waxing is necessary- just a routine wet wash (if required) and polishing machine is needed.

Over its performance lifetime, many customers realise that the costs saved in chemical applications as well as the long term environmental benefits, make Endura extremely good value for money.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind regards,

Dear Planning Architects, Designers and Specifiers

This email has been sent to all local councils in New Zealand, and its aim is to provide you with fresh information of a new type of eco-friendly (Greenpeace approved) new age rubber flooring. It offers a useful, practical, helpful and colourful solution for protecting and enhancing the lives of our society and the way most of us get about around town.

Walking - it¹s a great way to get fit and now a colourful way to have some fun.

Let me to introduce to you and your firm to a new rubber flooring product called Dalsouple.

Specifying this rubber tiling system includes these benefits:
Safety in public buildings :M2 fire resistance. NB 4790
Marine and CAA certificates on request
Cigarette burn resistant
Excellent ageing resistance
Resistant to diluted acids, chemical products
Rot proof. Ability to be installed in saline conditions
Suited to underfloor heating
Anti static- recommended for computer use
Anti bacterial formulation

This is really a year 2010 concept and is light years away from the competition both in design, colour, and direct ordering, all generated from a CD ROM. We are very excited about this concept!

Dalsouple now gives you the opportunity to design your own rubber flooring!

It is a world first in many respects. You now have the unlimited choice of Pantone colour and design completely at your fingertips. Dalsouple has created a CD-ROM to allow you to design your own floor on screen and create literally thousands of different terrazzo styles and permutations.

Once you have selected the floor colour and stud pattern of your choice, you simply click on the ³Add to List² button you can then go to the virtual room where Monsieur Dalsouple will lay the floor out for you. You can not only print out the room but also you can rename the tiles for your clients and print the tiles out separately!

The flooring is available in 48 standard colours and 24 surface relief/texture designs (and in July-any design you want) and also in any special Pantone (approved by themselves- another world first for Dalsouple) colour with no minimum quantities and no surcharge for specials!

Dalsouple floors can be designed to match corporate logos or interior themes and create complex one-off designs. Dalsouple has been used in hotels and commercial areas including Heathrow Airport (departure hall and lounge) Australian Customs (Australia wide), museums (British, Natural History (UK) & now Powerhouse Museum, Sydney), bars, night-clubs (cigarette burn resistant), hospitals and so on. More projects, photos, and details are all available on the free CD ROM for you to have a look at. Other qualities Dalsouple floors have include extreme durability, flame retardant antibacterial formulation (for hospitals),easy maintenance and a 10 year warranty as standard.

Also, if you request the free CD & brochure you will see that Dalsouple rubber flooring is environmentally friendly and is one of the only man made flooring products approved and endorsed by Greenpeace.

The interactive CD ROM will run on Macintosh or IBM PC format. The CD makes design and colour selection fast and accurate. Base colours, ³chip² colours, shapes, textures and density settings can all be changed on the colour monitor (terrazzo screen) until the right combination is achieved. In the recipe box (in terrazzo mode) hold down the mouse key and slide it up and down to change the % mixture. The ³recipe² can then be printed out and samples of the final selection ordered via direct fax to us or via our email. In two weeks time you will receive the sample you ordered (at no cost) so you can double check to see you have exactly the look you want. On some CAD packages the flooring can be bit mapped and effectively scanned in to a ³rendered² visual/graphic of the project you are working on.

The other good news is the square metre prices starts from A$85.00*+ GST for any surface texture and terrazzo @2.5mm thick.
*(This price is based on sea freight and @150m2+ areas).

If you wish to take up the offer of our free CD & brochure, simply reply to this email giving your firms contact details & delivery address.

We hope that you will enjoy this free offer and enjoy the CD ROM as much as others have.

Samples are free of charge, but please allow 2 weeks to manufacture.

Normally for ordering, allow 5 weeks manufacture and either 2 weeks air freight or 9 weeks additional to sea freight to most destinations throughout Australasia.
