Registrations problem

There is a problem with forum registrations at the moment - something to do with memory... will try to figure it out. Meanwhile the architecture forum will accept posts without registrations.

  Fixed it for the moment. There seemed to be a table missing in the latest upgrade pack for the forum. Very exciting I know.
