Sandcrawler

AJ votes for its fave buildings in Star Wars. The Sand Crawler of Tatooine might not be quite a building, but it sure is good. Also pics of some more recent buildings bearing an uncanny resemblance. The Death Star wins of course.

Like everything, you can now get the Sandcrawler in Lego (at Amazon). It looks a bit spotty though.

Later.. oh look more toys. Finally, Life Without Buildings connects the dots by dragging Rem Koolhaas into the Sandcrawler story. Oh and Metropolis has a go too.. well trodden ground I fear. But none of them found (or bothered with) the Sandcrawler Winnebago !
