Archicentre loans
I have noticed that Archicentre, the RAIA's home advisory service, is getting into renovation loans. I like Archicentre and what it does but can't understand why they would want to getinto this. If the client's bank and architect are the same, how can the architect be impartial in advice or admin? Any thoughts? Maybe it's a good thing and opens the door to more people to build, but I can't really see the point.
