recently i have been looking into graduate wages. I am a third year out grad and trying to figure out how much i am worth...

Does anyone have info on what the definitions of 1st, 2nd and 3rd increment graduates are?
Furthermore, does anyone have an indication of what the accepted salaries are for 3rd year graduates with A+ Cad skillz & good to lots of experience in doco & CA?
