Sounds like you're in Sydney - you could try emailing some of the Melbourne shops - like Kanga Kanga in the city - they might it order it for you. They stock Japan Architect and A+U.

apparently the RAIA bookshop has it but its 90 bucks! might just order it from japan, i think its only 65 that way.
